Technical Officer (Job ID: 2747)

Responsibilities

• To lead a team of technicians providing maintenance services for all building services systems for a portfolio of Bank properties.
• To supervise the work quality of external vendors who provide maintenance servcies to the Bank.
• To plan and execute energy saving and environmental protection measures for the premises.
• To assist in the management of E&M systems, including system design, tendering, project administration, and ongoing maintenance and renovation.

Requirements

• Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade B or above is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in facility/property management of a portfolio of commercial properties.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest technologies for intelligent buildings and computer software applications for property and facility management.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills, outgoing, and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
