Technical Officer (Job ID: 2747)
Responsibilities
- To lead a team of technicians providing maintenance services for all building services systems for a portfolio of Bank properties.
- To supervise the work quality of external vendors who provide maintenance servcies to the Bank.
- To plan and execute energy saving and environmental protection measures for the premises.
- To assist in the management of E&M systems, including system design, tendering, project administration, and ongoing maintenance and renovation.
Requirements
- Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade B or above is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in facility/property management of a portfolio of commercial properties.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest technologies for intelligent buildings and computer software applications for property and facility management.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills, outgoing, and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
