Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：
Responsible for the company's data engineering projects, leading the development team to complete various development projects, including requirements analysis, specification, coding, testing, code review, and implementation.

Ensure that the projects are completed on time, in accordance with quality and spec, adjust project schedule according to actual situation, hold regular project meetings, prepare weekly project reports, and monitor project progress.

Responsible for the requirement definition of the company's project, confirm the user's functional spec, and lead the team to complete various project documents, including requirements spec, and system ops spec. Able to validate the project result, demo to user and clearly articulate its requirement and feedback.

Responsible for communication and coordination with users, and leaders across different teams in the project progress, and participate in the design, development and testing of software systems.

Qualifications: 任职要求:
BS/MS degree in engineering domain is required, especially in computer science.

• Computer science

5+ years of hands on software development/test experience within at least 3+ years of Project Management/Team Management experience in software industry is required.

• 五年以上软件开发工作经验，三年以上项目管理和团队管理经验。

Be familiar with software project management, development, testing, implementation process including version control, project development bug tracking, good technical knowledge, enthusiastic to learn new data technology with hands on capability.

Excellent communication skills, fluent in both verbal and written English.
