Build and lead a professional, efficient and high level technical team, including chefs, process manager and TA team

To hire and train staff in technical team with support from related function teams and management

Design effective KPI for technical team, and manage KPI system for the team

Coach team to grow in terms of technical level and professionalism as well

Train TA for sales team on quarterly basis

Localize and update product catalogue with close collaboration with marketing, sales and factory team etc

Develop and commercialize local Chinese product like Pineapple pastry, mooncake and eggyolk pastry ect

Localize and commercialize innovation product from innovation team and R&D director

Localize and commercialize customized product based on product concept from innovation team & R&D director

Manage and facilitate NPD process from technical team side

BOM and process SOP management

Visit customers and market on regular basis with team

Manage expo and exhibition from technical side

Maintain smooth communication with R&D director, innovation, senior management teams, and all function teams
