Responsibilities:

• responsible for the management of the company's r&d department.Including the establishment, implementation, maintenance, improvement of the department's management system, and the construction of the r&d process system

• guide, help and urge r&d personnel to complete the design work in time, review the technical input and output in the development process, and promote the product development progress

• organize the formulation and implementation of major technical decisions and technical plans, guide the effective communication and coordination between r&d department and business, production, quality and other departments.

• develop training plans for r&d and technical personnel.

• improve product cost accounting and promote standardized accounting.

• solve new product introduction and legacy problems of old products.

Requirements:

• college degree or above, more than 8 years experience in wire and cable industry

• at least 5 years experience as technical manager or r&d manager

• good English reading and writing ability, cet-4 or above
