岗位职责：
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Set up an execute control system of product process
1).Set up cord process card accurately in time
2).Set up PFMEA process control plan accurately in time
3).Set up process maintenance plan accurately in time.
4).Continuously improve optimize the process control, enhance PPK/CPK level of final products critical process parameters.
5).Propose the solving plan on the nonconformity, rework products return products reasonably, ensure the quality of final products.
6).Analysis on the nonconformities, take the necessary corrective preventive actions to reduce the ratio of nonconformities.
7).Resolve the process problem in daily production.
8).Accumulate the technical process know-how of product.
9).Apply fprocess part special tool in the first time.

2.Sample trial lot
1).Assist TCAS/M&S team in developing new products new production process;
2).According to the new product developing plan, define organize the necessary machine technology equipment needed in production;
3).Evaluate the trail lot technique, determine the process scheme control the schedule of trial lot production;
4).Make samples fcustomer deliver in time, the quality has to meet the quality standard be recognized by customer;
5).Follow up trial lot performance at the customer side if needed
6).Improve optimize the production process according to relevant information, ensure the relevant plan can be recognized by customer;

3.Problem solving.
1).According to the VOC of customer feedback M&S person, organize relevant people to analyze the facttechnology aspect, define the corrective procedure follow up, implement the preventive procedures.
2).Solve the technical problems occurred in the production, ensure the smooth production
3).Lead project team to solve the chronic technical problems occurred in production.
