Responsibilities:

• Providing thorough leadership and deep engagement with team to drive for best new games

• Advocating as a trusted technical sponsor of DEV team to help them overcome their toughest problems as they navigate their new game development

• Collaborating across functional and products area boundaries to bring the best of CCP games to the customer

• Primary technical leader and decision maker for the development of the title

• Collaborates with Technical Directors in other offices to collaboratively build CCP's shared technology platform

• Makes strategic technology decisions for the game and the studio

• Provides technical leadership and mentorship to local programmers

• Directs the efforts of programmers in other offices leading up to product launch

• Maintains and continues to grow game after launch

• Lead and motivate the team, driving for excellence in all aspects including product quality, and people management activities.

• Leading Programming development team as a function, its management, process, tools & execution.

Required Experience/Skills：

• Typically requires masters or equivalent in computer science

• 10+ years programming experience

• Leadership position on at least one AAA title

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of both client and server side architectures

• Knowledge of how to build systems on mutilple platforms

• Comfortable with any object oriented programming language. Preferably C++.

• Excellent people management skills, embrace diversity and culture difference

• Flexible and good adaptability on changes management

• Results-oriented, business acumen to align with leadership team for studio

Pluses:

• Experiences in UE4.

• Experience with MMOs.
