Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • The incumbent is responsible for supporting both engineering and market development related matters. As such, the successful candidate must demonstrate effective prioritization of the workload and efficient time management skills in order to meet both internal and external customer expectations. (The execution of the job will be in close coordination with the TCS team in Doha, Qatar.)
  • The incumbent monitors and facilitates the order-to-cash process, provides customer service and liaises with logistics providers to ensure on time, in full deliveries of Muntajat products

Application Engineering

  • Visit customers as regional technical expert and assist in technical aspects of business development.
  • Coordinates and facilitates customer claims / technical inquiries until its final resolution as per defined procedure and policy.
  • Will suggest customer product formulation improvements using Muntajat's product portfolio.
  • Support and implement new product engineering initiatives in close coordination with Technical Customer Support Manager
  • Work with R&D, Marketing, and Sales to commercialize newly developed products.
  • Identify new opportunities to feed to Marketing organizations for potential new developments in key segments
  • Build technical communication packages, execute product training and technical customer seminars
  • Incorporates the Muntajat Portal in their daily routine.

Business

  • Identify product trends and evaluate the impact on Muntajat’s current portfolio.
  • Utilizes technical knowledge of competing products in the market and their comparison to Muntajat's offering to provide pricing differentials and strategy changes based on competitive movements in the marketplace.
  • Attends regional / international industry conferences, seminars and exhibitions to keep abreast with the latest market and product developments, supply/demand trends, laws and regulatory requirements related to marketing and sales of designated business line
  • Other customer service work under the supervision of Line Manager

HSSE / RC14001 Management

  • Complies with all health, safety and environmental & security standards and procedures of the Company.
  • Supports all the initiatives on health, safety, security and environment issues and works to solve problems and make continuous improvements to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related area
  • 0-3 years of experience in application engineering / polymer product engineering (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE preferred)
  • Fresh graduate is acceptable
  • Knowledge in Polymer processing and troubleshooting (e.g. extrusion-coating, blow molding, pipe extrusion, blown film, cast film, …)
  • Write and read in English is a must

  • 将Muntajat系统操作整合到日常工作中。

商务

  • 识别产品趋势并评估对Muntajat当前产品组合的影响。
  • 通过了解市场竞争产品的技术及其与Muntajat产品的比较,根据市场竞争动态提供定价差异和战略变化。
  • 参加区域/国际行业会议、研讨会和展览,了解最新的市场和产品发展、供求趋势、以及相应的法律法规要求。
  • 其他由上级经理分配的客户服务工作。

教育和工作经验

  • 化工专业学士学位
  • 0-3年应用工程/聚合物产品工程经验(优先考虑高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯应用领域)
  • 应届毕业生亦可
  • 拥有聚合物加工和故障排除方面的知识(例如,挤出涂覆、吹塑、管道挤出、吹膜、流延等)
  • 英语书写和阅读熟练
