Job Purpose

• Provide technical, application expertise to customers in order to drive conversion activities and fuel sales growth with condition/vibration monitoring application.

  Key Responsibilities

  DO

• Work proactively with the customer to make product and architectural recommendations- examples would include technical suitability, cost/ performance evaluation, proof of concept, configuration testing, and customer application assistance.
• Provide engineering conversion and support services as well as budget and schedule estimates for condition/vibration monitoring application.
• Focus on condition/vibration monitoring business development, include technical proposal conversion, long term technology plan and management on RA solutions, and regular technical communication and support.
• Provide training to both internal and external customers.
• Pre-sale support to sales team if necessary.

• High level of expertise in vibration monitoring and industrial automation products, along with a primary level of expertise in all our products.

• Intermediate level of expertise in Industry and application Knowledge, Condition Monitoring Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of CM customers)

• Intermediate Training Skills, with a basic level expertise in Market Research & Analysis, Project / Implementation Management, Project Sales Strategizing, Customer Relationship Management, Prospecting & New Customer Development and Account Sales Maximizing (Expanding business in existing accounts)

  
  
  EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
  

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/Computer/Engineering related is requested.

• At least 5 ~8 year’s technical/consulting experience in condition/vibration monitoring application.

• Basic English language skill. (Oral, reading, writing).
