Job Purpose
Provide technical, application expertise to support FBL and sales to drive business growth of the assigned IA BU.

Key Responsibilities
DO
- Work proactively with the customer to make product and architectural recommendations- examples would include technical suitability, cost/ performance evaluation, proof of concept, configuration testing, and customer application assistance.
- Provide pre and post-sales technical support of IA BU product application.
- Propose technical solutions and provide product application demonstrations.
- Undertake ‘proof of concept’ work, where required.
- Gather information concerning the capabilities/ application of company products.
- Provide customer conversion assistance.
- Support commercial events by delivering technical presentations/seminars/demos.
- Deliver technical sales competency training.

Job related competencies
w High level of expertise and knowledge in Integrated Architecture, Motion Control, Safety, Networks.
w Intermediate level of expertise in software development, database application, MES / Information Systems, and a basic understanding of all our products (include Drive Product).
w Intermediate Training Skills, with a basic level expertise in Market Research & Analysis, Project / Implementation Management, Project Sales Strategizing, Customer Relationship Management, Prospecting & New Customer Development and Account Sales Maximizing (Expanding business in existing accounts)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
w Bachelor’s Degree in engineering/Automation
w At least 5 year’s technical/engineering experience in Logix, FactoryTalk and Stratix application
w Good English for communication. (Oral, reading, writing).
