Siemens is setting up in Aveiro, a new Software Development Center targeting Intelligent Solutions for the future of Mobility. We want YOU to join our team in the capacity of: Technical Bid Manager (m/w/d) Your Tasks: As a technical Bid Manager, you will coordinate and create complex proposals for our worldwide web and app-based mobility solutions. The review and analysis of tender documents and customer requirements is part of your responsibility. The development of competitive bidding strategies and technical solution concepts, which you coordinate and help to define in close cooperation with the specialists, is a key factor of our success. You will work in an international team in close cooperation with specialists in development, operations, project management, sales, legal and controlling. This also gives you comprehensive insights and expands your competencies in various areas. In addition to the technical analysis of the requirements, your tasks also include the calculation of the project budget as well as a customer-oriented preparation of the technical documentation. Your Profile: As far as your qualifications are concerned, we are quite flexible - a wide range of skills is required in Bid Management, and everyone in our team contributes with their individual expertise. In addition to a successfully completed University degree, it is important to have technical skills in the software environment with regard to clarification and own understanding of technical requirements as well as technical documentation, with talent and desire to write. (Master in Business Informatics or Business Engineering, Technical Writing or in the field of Transportation would be preferred) Ideally, you already have practical experiences in bid management, agile project management or software development. You approach complex topics in an analytical and structured way, you grasp correlations quickly and communicate clearly and comprehensibly. As a Bid Manager, you act responsibly and solution-oriented and you have a strong customer orientation and assertiveness. Communication plays an important role in the bidding process, so a business-fluent command of written and spoken English is a prerequisite.
