Main Accountabilities：

• Manage and develop TSD project team

• Responsibility for realizing raw materials savings (BYTE)

• Identify relevant raw material topics in close cooperation with local Byte cells in Asia, EMEA, LATAM and CUSA in a BU-overarching function considering different requirement for FP, WB, PM, NW, UV, TOB and LFP.

• Executing raw material development projects BU-overarching and with different regions

• Development of raw materials in close cooperation with raw material suppliers

• Support sourcing team on technical matters correlated to new raw materials, specifications, characterisation, cost modelling etc.

• Conducting technical supplier audits

• Establishing standardized test methods SW internally and with supplier allowing pre-testing of raw materials

• Market screening of new raw materials
  

Qualification:

• University degree in chemistry or related subject

• Good scientific background

• Several years of experience in ink or related industry

• Good project management skills

• Fluent in English
