【Responsibilities】
  • Support brand marketing campaigns/events document preparations

  • Participate and support marketing campaign/events planning and relevant documents preparations. i.e. Meeting minutes and reports are required after meeting/visiting.

  • Support brand marketing and digital communications program, including monthly planning, HQ/Internal/supplier liaison, communications material proofreading, social media data collection and analysis, digital website coordination and monitoring, assets organization and coordination, etc.

  • Support finance and purchasing process, support necessary finance and purchasing coordination to secure for a smooth execution on marketing event and campaigns, follow up on PO generation process, consolidate budget plan internally, and update with Finance team, coordination in SAP system.

  • Responsible for handling enquiries about accounts payable and account balance from suppliers and business department.

  • Support and assure the RRMC Brand / CI guidelines are upheld in the design and production of all executed marketing and communication tools / channels / events.

  • Support on occasions, for example, meeting arrangement, office supplies, and other miscellaneous and temporary works per request.


【Knowledge / Skills /Competences】
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Fluent English and Mandarin.
Be able to work independently and work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fast learner

【Experience】
At least 2 years of total work/internship experience in international automobile company is preferred.
Advanced skills in interpersonal communication, teamwork, organization, and self-management.
Intercultural experience and awareness
Proficient with Outlook system and Microsoft packages (EXCEL, WORD & PPT).
SAP experience will be a plus.
