Team Lead
Objective:
Guide and lead immediate team to ensure compliance with the entire recruitment lifecycle
Guide and lead immediate team to ensure meeting the SLAs
Lead continuous improvements within immediate team to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
Duties and Responsibilities
Carry out recruitment function as per stated in the Senior Recruiter job description
Once a week, go through all requisitions 30 days and over individually with recruiters and discuss challenges and solutions – provide aged requisitions number to RDM
Act as 1st point of escalation for recruitment matters from immediate team
Coach and drive the development of sourcing plans with members of team
Coach and guide the team members to develop better relationship with all business partners within BHGE; eg HRM, HRBP, GM, HOB PS, Delivery Manager, Hiring Managers
Manage staff performance issues and escalate to RDM as appropriate.
Carry out periodic reviews of staff performance to track success and rectify areas for concerns
Ensure direct team’s complete compliance with the contract that governs the RPO for AMS / NES and BHGE
Drive the development of individual team members to progress within the Region, Account and all Organization (AMS/NES)
Drive continuous improvement of the service delivery of the RPO to BHGE
Provide detail analysis of recruitment activities of immediate team to RDM / BHGE
Manages senior hiring through all possible channels; independent LinkedIn search and head-hunters
Supporting the sourcing plan and meeting the recruitment targets
Provides account and channel support within the context of marketing/branding
Takes full ownership of the process and driving things forward autonomously
Pushes for changes and identifies areas for improvement in recruitment process
Coordinates activities with other global offices
Provide leave cover in absence of RDM
Lead meetings with key stakeholders and immediate team
Provide support and guidance to immediate team in problem solving and overcoming challenges related to recruitment activities
Have in-depth understand of the recruitment cost model
Have a broad understanding of the contract between AMS/NES and Baker Hughes
Foster inter-regional RPO team relationships
Drive the sharing of knowledge within immediate team, regional team and cross-regional teams
Have an in-depth understanding in order to effectively exploit the recruitment resources available to the team

Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to influence people

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Well-developed presentation skills
