Team Head and Corporate Security Officer (Job ID: 2580)

Responsibilities

• To lead a team of security officers/security guards and provide security services for the properties and branches of the Bank.
• To act as the Corporate Security Officer of the Bank and provide all-round professional advice to Senior Management on security issues.
• To develop and formulate security-related strategies, polices, guidelines for the Bank.
• To establish, operate and maintain security systems; investigate/control/prevent hazards identified in the Bank's premises and take appropirate corrective actions.
• To manage and monitor the Bank's appointed security contractor and evaluate the proposed security system solutions.
• To develop security awareness and provide related training.  

Requirements

• University graduate in Facility/Security Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in facility management and/or security services.
• Sound knowledge of security and property management procedures, practices, regulations and legislations.
• Familiar with various types of security systems and CCTV systems.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, team work, risk awareness and communication skills.
• Highly independent with ability to interact with multi-cultural teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
