Team Head, Marketing Planning & Brand Management (Job ID: 2670)   

Responsibilities

• To plan and implement acquisition and usage campaigns for a range of banking products including retail wealth management services, deposit, etc.
• To extract insights from campaign and customer analysis to identify business opportunities
• To take lead on branch display management, customer loyalty events, sponsorship and related activities
• To co-ordinate with both internal stakeholders, business partners and external agencies to implement various marketing activities
• To review marketing materials to ensure the projected image is aligned with corporate image

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing or Business related discipline
• Minimum 10 years' marketing experience from banking/financial industry.  Experience in handling wealth management products will be an advantage.
• Familiar with best market practice to formulate campaign strategy to drive sales leads and meet business targets
• Analytical, creative, proactive, resourceful with good understanding of marketing/digital marketing are pre-requisites for this role
• Solid experience in campaign & event management, budget management
• Strong influential, communication and supervisory skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
