Main Objective:

Provide secretarial and administration support to process owner and team members.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Transmit messages, make meeting arrangements, appointment, receive visitors, OA support, travel arrangements and accommodations- Receiving, copying, filing and maintaining department office documents incl. maintaining confidential files.
  • Responsible for safeguarding confidential data- Support the preparation of document incl. typing correspondence, presentation materials, statistics, reports, etc.

  • Translating, composition, copying, checking documents distributing, filing document for the process owners and the team members.
  • Take meeting minutes, provide verbal and written translation- Manage department IT and OA facilities, department assets and office supply for the team members- Support process owner organize team events and activities,
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned on basis by the process owner

Qualification & Requirement:


Good English skill, reading/Writing is must, speaking is plus.

At least 1 years working experience and preferably with experience in beauty industry.

Good computer skills in Microsoft Word Excel and PPTGood integrity self-discipline patient responsible well-organized and with good analytic skill and attention to detail
