Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the schedule of GM Talent Management and team meetings;
  • Centralize the Master Calendar of Talent Management Team through the year;
  • Manage vendor payment;
  • Coordinate interview schedule with external / internal candidates during the peak recruitment season;
  • Provide technical support including data preparation, translation or proofreading on HR Committee related materials;
  • Own the update / maintenance of Talent Database;
  • Support team activities / projects with coordination and / or sometimes ownership when applicable;
  • Other ad hoc assignment.


Required Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor or equivalent level degree.
  • Experience: 3-5 years HR-related experiences or team support experiences.
  • Knowledge: Familiar with usage of Microsoft Office tool especially Outlook, Excel, PPT. Database

management experiences would be a strong plus.

  • Other Skills / Competencies:
  • Good command in oral and written English / Chinese;
  • Maturity and capability to work under pressure;
  • Team spirit and can-do / learning attitude;
  • Agile and positive nature;
  • Good communication skill to connect with people.
