The employees shall be employed by the employer as English Leadership and Critical Thinking teacher.
The employee agrees to accept the employer’s supervision and instructions, to
carry out work pursuant to this JD, to maintain a good attitude, to take care
of students’ safety during class and any other activities, and to maintain the
school’s teaching standards.

Teacher’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Implementing classroom preparation, instruction, and management;
*Deliver lessons based on teaching plans and PPTs.
*Complete all teaching tasks set in the teaching plan and handouts.
*Designating Reward Points on a daily basis;
*Accepting teaching guidance from the Academic Manager and Senior Teacher
if applicable;
*Disciplining students fairly and consistently;
*Following school policies and cooperating with staff;
*Handing out promotional pamphlets and holding open classes during student
recruitment periods;
*Teaching demo classes for student recruitment;
