As a Tax Analyst you will be responsible for performing VAT and other indirect tax related accounts analysis, in Global Business Services Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Finance Specialist – Transactional Tax, you will prepare monthly tax related reports for Tax Bureau.

Your responsibilities

• Performing tax calculation and tax filing for annual corporate income tax filing following instructions and processes from Country Tax Department
• Performing reconciliation between local corporate Income Tax (CIT) tax return and tax provision in General Ledger (GL) following instruction from Country Tax Department
• Performing tax calculation and tax filing for all indirect Corporate Taxes including but not limited to value-added tax (VAT), Real Estate Tax, Stamp Duty and surtaxes for the assigned legal entities following instructions and processes from Country Tax Department
• Performing VAT and other indirect tax related accounts analysis
• Liaising and working with legal entity finance team and other functions on all tax compliance matters in tax center service scope to ensure tax compliance
• Preparing monthly tax related reports for Tax Bureau
• Supporting tax audit

Your background

• 2 to 3 years of accounting or tax experience in MNCs
• Sound knowledge in Tax and accounting and experience particularly in tax accounting is preferred
• Sound understanding and experience in SAP
• A College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance or Tax is required.
• Strong learning skill and good at teamwork
• Good communication skill
• Fluency in English and Korean both written and spoken
