Job Function: 工作职责：

• Defines, organizes and sets up construction site supervision resources (personnel and logistics).
• Defines and applies the organization and the monitoring of accident prevention taking site constraints into account.
• Handles relations with the project manager, customer's manager on the site and external organizations
• Plans, schedules and monitors contractors' works.
• Controls cost variations in work contracts.
• Supervises works and ensure reception
• Assists the project manager for the mechanical acceptance of the facility by the customer.
  

Skills & Knowledge: 技能知识：

BS degree in mechanical or civil engineering

10 years more working experience in engineering and construction firm for mechanical/piping and civil works.

5 years more experience for chemical project site construction manager

5 years more experience in foreign investment project or company.

Good skills for site construction management

Tank farm (single tank >10,000 m3) construction experience prefer.

Fluent in English n Good communication skills

Self-motivated person n Age around 40 is better
