As a Talent Partner Intern, you will be responsible for assisting Talent Partner in appointed recruitment issues, in Global Business Services Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Talent Function Specialist, you will post positions, maintain job boards & screen resumes.

Your responsibilities

• Assisting Talent Partner in appointed recruitment issues
• Posting positions, maintaining job boards & screening resumes
• Maintaining database
• Supporting campus recruitment
• Supporting promotion materials
• Performing other tasks assigned by manager

Your background

• A University student in Human Resource related field
• Internship experience in HR or marketing is a plus
• Good communication skill
• Can work 4 days a week
