- Responsible for managing the global AstraZeneca future resourcing requirements database for its current and future ‘Global Talent Pipeline’, as well as preparing strategies for approval on how best to meet these requirements.
Responsible for a particular Division/location or activity, working with minimal supervision. Will advise line management on Human Resources policy issues and be responsible for undertaking projects relating to the formulation, development and implementation of future policy, but will not determine policy overall. May not report into Human Resources structure in Smaller geography.
