职位描述

Major Responsibilities:

• Use the ADDIE cycle to meet the talent development needs
• Drive creative solution design and deployment of talent development programs
• Deliver and facilitate leadership and professional development programs, including senior management leadership interventions
• Participate in global forums for design/development of leadership platforms
• Drive talent management initiatives including talent review, talent development plan, executive planning and workforce planningExperience and Skills Desired:
• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 10 years in Learning & Development/Human Resources role
• Strong written and verbal English language skills
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong Project Management capability and influencing skills
• Strong drive for results
• Creative and learning mindset
• Ability to tolerate ambiguity
