Job Description
  • Partner up with business leaders and HRBP to develop and implement recruitment strategies/ tactical plan and processes
  • Execute Talent Acquisition strategies & tactical plan for AZ and implement cost-effective, high-impact solutions that address business staffing needs (short and long term).
  • Evaluate recruitment tools and processes aligned to newer trends that relate directly to business needs, including selection and assessment tools, customized sourcing initiatives, on-boarding and talent management best practices
  • Identifies target companies and markets to develop new prospective candidate leads. Ensures effective candidate relationship management (CRM) to support the external talent pools
  • Develop strategy on employer branding and support global initiative program. Be responsible for all employer branding activities across channels, especially target campuses
  • Ensure systems and processes are streamlined to efficiently support the business needs while identifying opportunities to leverage resources and processes
