Job Description
1.Handling QA complaints and managing engineering services at multinational companies in automotive and electronics industries.
2.Provide high QA services meeting customer’s expectations for partners; constantly follow the customer requirements; keep professional contact partners’ representatives
3.Plan,manage and monitor the activities of subordinates; motivate and evaluate of their performance
4.In case of QA problem follow the process of handling the complaint; inform the partners about the procedure, take necessary actions
5.Prepare non-conformity analyses, work out actions together with process/production engineers
6.Product supervision / Control product quality
7.In case of problems with suppliers initiate and monitor non-conformity procedures inform the supplier and take appropriate actions
8.Conduct supplier audit
9.Carry out process audits
10.Implement 8D and other corrective actions, apply quality assurance tools
11.Keep contact with customers regarding complaints, and production problems
12.Prepare MISSION relevant documentation and submit it to the customer.
REQUIREMENTS
? Fluency in English
? Technical college or university degree
? Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance and/or in the Automotive industry
? Knowledge of automotive specifications and standards
? ISO TS 16949, PPAP, APQP, PDCA, 8D, SPC (Statistical Process Control)
? FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
? Computer literacy (MS office)
? Excellent communication, problem solving, organizing and managing skills
? Assertive behavior
? Customer oriented attitude.
? be capable of training and consulting independently
? Management experience is a plus
? be willing to long-term business travel
