Logistics Administrative, Mercedes, Buenos Aires
This position is responsible for the control of transport documentation and claims management in Argentina and Chile. In addition, he will be responsible for the analysis and monitoring of the indicators that impact the freight lines to customers and inter-depots of the LCC.his position is responsible for generating a culture of sustainability, care for the environment and elimination of waste in the unit, achieving sustainable offices and plants. In addition to leading the projects that arise from the different initiatives, complying with the standards and tools to achieve the global objectives related to the area.
What are we looking for?
- Advanced university student or graduated from Business Administration / Foreign Trade / Engineering
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- SAP (not exclusive).
- Logistics processes experience (not exclusive).
- Intermediate English (desirable)
- Profiles with a marked orientation to interpersonal relationships, planning and results orientation.
What would be your key activities?
- Verify and manage the data necessary for payment to transport.
- Manage route rates with logistics and commercial operators. Verify with order management and traffic the need for new routes.
- Attend and manage requests for stays and re-shipments.
- Control remittances not submitted electronically, report in accordance with the SLA of each operator.
- Control 100% observed remittances (verify date and observations). Control 10% conformed remittances.
- Control remittances not delivered to guard.
- Control NCs not entered into deposit. Management of lost remittances and claims.
- Management and monitoring of OL claims. Management of purchase requests and service receptions when appropriate.
- Issue indicators related to transportation (truck load, FTC, FTW, costs per tons, sustainability), analyze series and deviation.
