解决方案及应用工程师 - 视觉类产品

岗位职责

1. 负责视觉产品的技术支持与开发，推进视觉产品及方案的应用，支持销售团队发展新目标客户。

2. 根据用户具体需求，负责视觉产品的解决方案，其中包括软件框架，用户界面等。

3. 负责与总部技术人员沟通与协调，共同开发客户解决方案。

4. 关注行业动态与趋势，了解竞争对手动态与信息，寻求新的产品应用机会。

5. 做好必要的工作文档归档与管理（应用案例、测试报告等等）。

6. 负责对团队内部同事进行视觉产品培训。

7. 负责上级分配的其他工作。

任职要求

1. 熟练使用视觉传感器或视觉系统产品，有3年以上机器视觉行业应用调试经验，可以独立完成检测项目

2. 有一种或者多种PLC工作经验，如西门子，AB，姆龙系列，三菱Q系列etc.

3. 有一种或者多种工业通讯协议工作经验，并且了解基本协议结构， 如

Profibus, DeviceNet, Profinet, Ethernet IP, EtherCat, CC-LINK

4. 能够使用一种PLC通过一种总线方式建立通讯。这将在巴鲁夫上海实验室进行测试。

5. 具备基本识别原件知识。

6. 具备基本传感器知识。

7. 具备基本测量元件知识。

8. 良好的英语读写能力。

9. 具有不断学习的意志。

10. 有车。

TAS Engineer - Vision

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the technical support and development of visual products, promoting the application of visual products and programs, and supporting the sales team to develop new target customers.

2. Responsible for visual product solutions, including software framework, user interface, etc. according to the specific needs of users.

3. Responsible for communication and coordination with headquarter technicians to develop customer solutions together.

4. Focus on industry trends and trends, understand competitors' dynamics and information, and seek new product application opportunities.

5. Do the necessary work documents filing and management (application cases, test reports, etc.).

6. Responsible for visual product training for team members.

7. Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Profile of Candidate

1. Familiar vision sensor or vision system, more than 3 years’ experience in machine vision industry, finish vision project independently.

2. Has project experience on one or more PLC, Siemens, AB serial, Omron serial, Mitsubishi Q serial CPU, etc.

3. Has experience on one or more industrial protocol, and know the basic structure of protocol

Profibus, DeviceNet, Profinet, Ethernet IP, EtherCat, CC-LINK

4. Could use one of PLC to establish basic communication via one of protocol. And this would be operated in Balluff Shanghai testing lab.

5. Has basic knowledge on Identification component.

6. Has basic knowledge on sensor.

7. Has basic knowledge on measurement.

8. Good English oral and written.

9. With motivation of learning

10. Has his own car.
