Job Responsibilities :
Work closely with TA Manager to ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned targets and in accordance with company policies and standards.
Develop effective recruitment channels on initiative to explore suitable candidates
Full life cycle management of recruitment process (JD discussion, CV screening, tele-interview, first round interview, hiring manager interview arrangement, offer proposal)
Implement CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc.
Build up and maintain a positive relationship with HR business partners, candidates and recruitment vendors to make sure good delivery
Work with the team to build up talent database
Support with recruitment projects such as campus recruiting activities, big scale recruiting project
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree, major in HR, Administrative Management, etc.
At least 3 years in recruitment function working experience with MNC
Familiar with the recruitment channels and vendor management
Researcher experience in headhunter firm is plus
Well organized, logical thinking, service oriented
Highly responsible for the work and sense of confidentiality
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Initiative, quick learning, open minded, positive attitude and good team work spirit
Be able to work under pressure.
Good command of English in both of Oral and written
