Job Description & Summary

A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Computer Operations team provides customer, Information Technology data centre, and application support to ensure end to end quality of our Information Technology operations. As part of our team, you’ll help enhance our operations quality, work across all Information Technology operational functions, and coordinate with service stakeholders to deliver high quality services.

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:

• Provide First Tier Support for Data Centre, Data Backup, Network Infrastructure and Windows Server, Have an intimate knowledge of Linux is an advantage;
• Familiar with Cloud support (Ali, 21Vianet, Tencent, etc);
• Perform Incident Management;
• Perform Regular Patches Update for Windows/Linux Servers;
• Perform Network, Server and San Storage Performance Monitoring;
• VMware vCenter Management;
• Explore and Recommend New Technology to Improve Existing IT service.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information System or equivalent;
• Minimum 1-2 working experience in infrastructure administration, Fresh graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology will also be Considered;
• Knowledge in Active Directory, CiscoWorks, Cacti, WhatsUp, Netbackup, Enterprise Vault, SQL, VMware EXSI is preferred;
• Experience with PowerShell, ASP.Net, RPA, Data Analytics will be an advantage;
• Strong Troubleshooting Skills. Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills, Self-motivated and able to work under Pressure;
• Proficient in Spoken and Written English.
