Responsibilities

• To be a team head under MPF Administration Section to manage the team to complete the MPF projects
• To manage a team of business analysts for document preparation of requirements, user acceptance test planning and execution, system training and coordination of the production release
• To manage system related projects, monitor the project progress and arrange the system deployment with other departments and external vendors
• To perform system evaluation
• To control the system costs (hardware and software)

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder in Business, Computer Studies, Information System, or related discipline
• Preferable over 5 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level
• Good knowledge of MPF / Pension business processes and logics
• Experience in collecting user requirements
• Experience in preparing test plan and conducting user acceptance test
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
