Responsibilities
- To be a team head under MPF Administration Section to manage the team to complete the MPF projects
- To manage a team of business analysts for document preparation of requirements, user acceptance test planning and execution, system training and coordination of the production release
- To manage system related projects, monitor the project progress and arrange the system deployment with other departments and external vendors
- To perform system evaluation
- To control the system costs (hardware and software)
Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder in Business, Computer Studies, Information System, or related discipline
- Preferable over 5 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level
- Good knowledge of MPF / Pension business processes and logics
- Experience in collecting user requirements
- Experience in preparing test plan and conducting user acceptance test
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
