We are currently recruiting an experienced System Support to join our Hong Kong office on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to provide first level system support, system configuration, user account administration
• Provide technical support with phone, email or remote trouble-shooting
• Understand user requirement and escalate to higher level if required
• Performs and conduct system testing, monitoring, training and acceptance testing
• Work closely with users for each issue reported in ticketing system
• Prepare proper support documentation and user manual
• Ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Information System / Computer Studies or related disciplines is preferred
• Two years or above working experience in IT related field is preferred
• Strong IT technical skills with excellent desktop/notebook support knowledge in a distributed computing environment
• Good analytical and problem-solving mind, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills in both Cantonese and Mandarin
