We are hiring System Support for an Asia e-commence company.

Job description:

• Responsible for user support and system maintenance for MS Windows Servers, Active Directory, etc. for Asia offices in Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and China
• Hardware and software rouble-shooting for users
• Monitor system backup and recovery execution

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
• Minimum 1 year experience in system administration and end user support (Fresh graduates will be considered)
• Experience in Linux is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all level of end-users
• Willing to work after office hours when required
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
