• Provide PC support to end-users
• Perform daily system & network maintenance and monitoring 

Qualifications and Required Attributes

• A recognized diploma / degree / certificate in computer studies or related disciplines
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Unix, Mac, Lotus Domino / Notes, Mobile or Networking equipment is preferred
• Effective communication with internal customers on technical issues
• Smart, willing to learn with initiative
• Willing to work overtime if necessary
