Job Description:

• Server hardware/software installation
• Server hardware maintenance & support services
• Server relocation
• Provide services report and perform user acceptance test
• Update services details in the system and report to supervisor

 Job Responsibilities:

• Provide the end-user support services and System administration tasks
• Diagnose and troubleshooting server and network equipment.
• Provide the preventive maintenance services on client side.

 Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Windows 7/10, Linux/Unix, MSOffice, firewall, lPS, Load Balancer, SAN & NAS, virtualization,TCP/IP networking & mobile devices security implementation.
• Knowledge in MCITP or CCNP is an advantage
• Programming knowledge is a plus point but not essential
• 1 to 3 years of related working experience
• Self-motivated, good communication skills and team player
• Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered for senior position
