Job Duties:

• Responsible for planning and execution of complete post-implementation activities of the Systems
• Hands on daily operation the Systems. Include handling user submission, content update and basic layout/artwork editing
• Perform basic database administrative operation. Perform batch operation and ad-hoc modification in database level through SQL
• Communicate with management and stakeholders, analyze user problems and ad-hoc inquires. Provide technical advice and system design solutions
• To manage contractors for both tendering and system development process
• Oversee full application project life cycle, including requirement gathering, system analysis, implementation, deployment, UAT, testing and training
• To undertake any other duties as required by supervisors

Job Requirement :

• Degree or Higher diploma in computer subjects or related disciplines
• 4 years or above hands-on experience in IT application development
• Solid experience in web-based application development. Preferable experience using .NET/PHP/node.js
• Solid experience in front-end web application frameworks
• Solid experience in web technologies, i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Solid experience in SQL operation and DBMS administration. Preferable experience in MSSQL/MySQL
• Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Active Directory administration
• Solid experience in systems design and analysis
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Good team player and leader, proactive communication with his / her teammates and subordinates
