Job duties: 

• Responsible for schoolwide applications including development, implementation, customisation and maintenance;

• Develop integrations between different systems;

• Collect user requirements, conduct feasibility study, analysis, UX/UI design, coding, integration, prepare project documents and rollout plan, conduct user training and application demonstration;

• Work with vendors for system development and integrations;

• Prepare test plan, test cases/scripts, test environments and perform testing;

• Support UAT and troubleshoot software development problems;

• Prepare technical documents, functional specification and user guides;

• Handle technical enquiries from staff, students and parents;

• Manage and coordinate project activities;

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related discipline;

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience;

• Experience in PHP, SQL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and full SDLC;

• Hand-on experience in Oracle, SQL server and IIS is an advantage;

• Experience in school system development, Microsoft Active Directory or PowerSchool System is an advantage;

• Strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skills; being attentive to details and proactive;

• Willing to learn new technologies and solutions;

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
