？ Provide total patient care and supervision to the lower level nurses.
？ Review and advise nursing documentation for lower level nurses.
？ Ensure that the hospital’s policy and procedure has been carried out properly when head nurse and assistant head nurse are absent.
？ Assist the head nurse in the areas which should be focused on to meet their needs
？ Take preceptor role to provide new nurse orientation and training in the department.
？ Maintain the quality nursing
？ Interact with own staff, physicians and other department’s staff
？ Able to act as charge nurse at department level
？ Works as key player in specific nursing expertise
？ Able to assist head nurse to provide training for new staff
？ Able to work as team leader when head nurse is absent

Minimal Education Requirement- Polytechnic School of nursing graduate for general nurse. Associate degree or above preferred.
？ Minimal Experience Requirement - 7years working experience in nursing, capable of taking care of critical patients and emergency cases, above 5 years nursing experience in related department preferred.
？ Licensing Needed - Registered nurse in China
？ BLS Certificate according to policy
