Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support service for internal users
• Provide maintenance support service towards our customer at system, application and Cloud SaaS level
• Arrange team members to handle the support case
• Assist team members to deal with technical issues or advanced problems
• Monitor the support case status to meet the defined SLA
• Review the severity of the support case and perform escalation if necessary
• Coordinate and liaise with different parties (e.g. vendor) in order to solve the reported incident
• Collaborates with team members to provide regular report on the support case to senior management
• Conduct regular review on internal IT matters
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation for internal IT system and knowledge sharing on problem solving
• Take lead to coordinate with customers on reported case

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer or IT related discipline
• 5 years or above hands-on experience in support maintenance in related field
• Previous experience in leading maintenance team for supporting internal & external parties
• Excellent client-facing and inter-personal communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to prioritize and delegate tasks when necessary
• Proficient in MS Office Suite or related software as needed to prepare reports, logs and inventory
• Immediate available is preferred
