Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls
- Investigating, troubleshooting, isolating and documenting problems
- Liaise with customers to diagnose and report on problem situations
- Initiate the appropriate corrective actions using established procedure as emergency needs arise
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirement:
- At least 1 year IT Helpdesk/Support experience. Experience on cloud service/product will be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and have a mature responsible and self-motivating attitude
- Good customer services and able to work under pressure
- Work independently , self initiative
