Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls
  • Investigating, troubleshooting, isolating and documenting problems
  • Liaise with customers to diagnose and report on problem situations
  • Initiate the appropriate corrective actions using established procedure as emergency needs arise
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Requirement:

  • At least 1 year IT Helpdesk/Support experience. Experience on cloud service/product will be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and have a mature responsible and self-motivating attitude
  • Good customer services and able to work under pressure
  • Work independently , self initiative
