Key Responsibilities

• Manage all local supplier relationships and on time delivery of supplies
• Integration and management of local supplier EDI platforms
• Manage all local backorders
• Manage EDI Portals
• Manage “Vendor not stocked” local suppliers and supply plan
• Implement and execute VMI �C work with the sales teams on Vendor managed inventory
• Actively contribute to CI initiatives
• Pro-actively work with Vendor Performance Management to achieve KPI
• Execution of buy-backs with Vendors
• Daily vendor engagement
• First contact for local Liaison Teams for defined products
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers from inventory perspective

What we want

• 2-5 years of Supply Planning experience
• Fluent English
  
• Good knowledge of EDI implementation and management
• Experience with VMI �C Vendor Manage Inventory
• Knowledge of planning systems / applications (JDA /SAP or similar)
• Previous experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers
• Analytical and able to work effectively with data
• Experience in effectively working in a matrix organization
• Problem solving ability addressing root cause and implementing solutions
• Proactive and forward thinking
• Intermediate to advance MS Office skills
