1. Develop the optimized supply plan based on the business demand and the capacity of the supply chain for both categories – Breakfast cereals and Potato chips.

2. Work with commercial to collect and analyze demand planning, working with marketing team to make sure all activities reflected

3. Support the monthly running of S&OP/IBP process - based on the standard delivery processes to achieve the required lead time for our customers.

4. In coordination with the demand planner/sales, with particular focus on supply management (lead time, inventory management, capacity planning)

5. Coordinate supply with plants/Co-man where above site supply input is needed

6. Drive continuous optimization of customer service, stock levels, costs and lead times across the network to end customer

7. Analyze, identify and implement opportunities to improve supply in terms of optimizing production plans, logistics modes etc.

8. Look for opportunities to improve supply chain to optimize the footprint to achieve cost efficiency and deliver the business strategy

9. Develop DC replenishment plan and follow up on the shipment status with logistics suppliers for both categories, raise potential issues and solve before happening.

10. Take part in business projects and deliver them with collaborative efforts within the deadline.

任职要求：

1. 3 year+ Supply Chain experience in supply/demand planning is a must

2. Experienced in S&OP and Inventory Management

3. Good understanding of Demand Planning, Production Planning, scheduling and material planning

4. Strong computer and analytical skills

5. Project management skills

6. Good Microsoft office skill on Excel, Power Point and Access

7. Good understanding of SAP

8. Able to work under pressure
