Position Summary:

1.In charge of the PO and shipping daily operation on assigned suppliers in Asia

2.Be able to catch up key point to motivate partners / drive case resolved during working with suppliers and forwarders to serve internal customers (regional buyer / planner ) replenishment planning and inventory control.

3.Can manage open Purchase Order, purchasing forecast vs. supplier capacity to take proactive action / make proposal for the best company benefit.

Job Scope & Major Responsibilities:

1. Contacts suppliers by mail, phone, or personal visit to ensure that goods will be shipped when promised.

2. Works closely with Europe, Mid East and Africa (EMEA), North America (NA) and Pacific Rim (PRC) buyers to execute purchase orders and maximize efficiencies.

3. Acts as communication link to all related parties to ensure problems are resolved that orders will be shipped on time.

4. May expedite, delay or adjust shipments as required.

5. May arrange for distribution of materials to Pure Fishing as required.

6. May requisition materials, supplies, equipment, etc as required.

7. Will maintain and update product availability information in SAP system.

8. Under general supervision, carries out broad and complex assignments requiring comprehensive knowledge in the field of specialization and of the organization in order to interpret and apply policies, as well as develop recommendations for change.

9. May oversee the completion of projects including planning; assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work; evaluating results, etc.

Requirements:

1 Education

• University degree

2 Experience (Minimum Relevant Experience)

• 3+ years working experience on supplier management, production planning, material planning, merchandiser; International Company is preferred.

3 Professional Qualifications, Knowledge and skills.

4 Written / Oral Language skills:

• Good command of oral and written English

5 Competencies

• Be proficient in using excel tools.
• Great data mining, report analyzing.
• Must have excellent English written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and be reliable and timely on commitments.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated and creative in finding ways to achieve company objectives
