Job Description
Key responsibility:
1. Sales Order Management (40%):
Key requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 1~2 years’ experience in related area (excellent fresh graduate is acceptable).
2. Strong knowledge in data processing and analyzing.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Able to work under pressure.
5. Result driven and proactive thinking.
6. Familiar with ERP system and BI tools is a plus.
1. Sales Order Management (40%):
- To be the contact person to communicate with customers.
- To create sales order and communicate with distributors about weekly delivery plan and arrange for the delivery accordingly.
- To collect sales data form end customers and distributors on a weekly base (e.g. patient enrollment, in-market sales etc.).
- To monitor the end to end customer service process, maintain appropriate service level and ensure the on time delivery.
- To coordinate all sales order related issues (e.g. customer complaints, goods return etc.)
- To follow-up and coordinate the capacity plan and production plan, to make sure production proceed as plan.
- To follow-up and coordinate the raw materials purchase plan and arrival plan to make sure goods arrival and release on time.
- To review and analyze the supply chain data, keep good tracking of supply chain performance, update performance board.
- To conduct planning related reports, such as short shelf life report, pending order report etc.
Key requirements:
