Responsibilities

• Monitor the demand signals (Net Requirement) to supplier
• Manage and drive deliveries from supplier(s) to achieve high On Time Delivery to meet customer requested ship date with minimum delinquent backlogs.
• Execute ocean freight cost saving where possible.
• Manage day to day operational matters and review with suppliers on demand/supply information, reports (run rate) and timely updates.
• Drive toward achieving high attainment of supply planner score card in PO price compliance, material attainment, Part/Supplier set up, ZCM Utilization, supply commit accuracy and compliance.
• Provide support to finance on Account Payable issues and resolutions.
• Execute internal supply planner cadence/ activities per outlined such as Supply Recovery/Misalignment Report and updates.
• Provide timely responses to supplier and to internal Zebra stakeholders on queries related to business.

• Build strong supplier relationships.

• Execute on material operational data - DMS, LTB, DNS data for critical components,

• Conduct weekly review/sfor can-build and misaligned parts. Drive toward resolving supply gaps. Escalate critical shortages within the supplier and Zebra process.

• Support material liability analysis such as monthly OBSIL, Buy Back, ICC for next level review and approval.

• Suggest and recommend areas for improvement in the context of supply planning process and cadence.

Qualification:

• Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
• Demonstrate results typically associated with an individual who has a 4 yr undergraduate degree.
• Achieve a level of results with a person of having 3 to 6 years of relevant experiences (demonstrated results, not number of years of experiences).
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and expansion of knowledge base to meet job/career demand and next challenges.
• Utilize in-depth system/process knowledge to identify issue and resolution at root cause.
• Possess high technical competence in Oracle ERP System, Zebra Collaboration Tools with suppliers, Siebel Order Management system, MS office applications in particular in Excel.
• Possess Intermediate analytical skill level in data interpretation, manipulation and error detection of medium sized data sets
• Apply effectively, systems and process knowledge to complete all assigned tasks.
• Organize and complete tasks in a timely manner with little supervision.
• Demonstrate effective and thorough communication.
• Effectively interact with external and internal stakeholders of other functions.
