POSITION OVERVIEW:
Develops and implements programs, projects to company & factory audit processes for contract manufacturers processes issues, component supplier process issue, and even Juul internal process control gap if needed. Develops and sponsors tactics to achieve manufacturing improvement on yield, eliminating potential risks to support assembly and filling productions. Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems. End results are evaluated for achieving goals and objectives. Extensive contact with internal and external customers is required to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The auditor will be mainly focusing on Contract Manufacturers globally.
  • Perform audit of Contract Manufacturers and/or component suppliers production process, procedure, equipment, and people according.
  • Audit and verify product, equipment, and all level of inspections, station by station along the production line according to Juul requirements for process, quality control.
  • Conduct audits based on JUUL's requirements and based on written procedures, by interviewing relevant personnel, making observations and inspections for Juul and supplier's procedures & production line, and reviewing relevant records and documentation.
  • Laise with team members to determine validity of audit findings for improvement changes.
  • Conduct reviews and perform audits resulting in documentation and communication of findings and identification of risk across large and complex medical device businesses in English.
  • Effectively define and present findings to supplier and JUUL management, co-work with each site Juul on-site management team to mitigate any findings.
  • Ability to work with a multi-functional team to define requirements and suitable metrics for the performance of new products and process.
  • Works with JUUL Management, Consultants, and Staff to develop practical solutions to achieve regulatory compliance and support quality process improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all aspects of work and adhere to all procedures established by JUUL.
  • Ensure timeliness, consistency, and accuracy in all audits and audit reports.
  • Maintain applicable professional development and training required for audit proficiency.
  • Assess corrections, corrective action/plans and corresponding evidences.
  • Experience managing electronic and manual assembly in a manufacturing environment.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • 5~10 years of experience in manufacturing, including experience managing outsourced manufacturing.
  • One or more following disciplines: Quality Engineering, Process Operations, Test, Design or Product Engineering, Reliability and/or Qualification.
  • Experience managing electronic and manual assembly in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines; able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver assignments with high quality in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, global teams.
  • Detail oriented, able to think logically, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to work independently under pressure
  • Fluent in writing English, excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated computer skills including report writing and use of spreadsheet
  • Ability to travel to supplier sites, up to 80% globally.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, able to interact with all levels of people from production worker to management.
  • U.S. FDA, ISO 13485, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) experience are preferred
Education:
  • BA/BS Degree; Degree in Operations Management or Engineering is preferred.
