Job Description
Objectives:
- In line with business strategies, policies and procedures, lead and implement supply chain processes.
- Ensure all SC activities including SC demand planning, importation, inventory management, SC performance control, customer service, purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash, logistics service are effectively and efficiently executed.
- Drive continuous improvements in supply chain management.
Main Tasks:
- Supply Chain Strategy & Performance Management
- Manage day to day operations with shipping lines and 3PL service providers to ensure an efficient and lean supply chain
- Identify cost driver within supply chain processes and initiate cost saving measures.
- Demand Planning & forecast management
- WHS & transportation management
- Continuously improve the S&OP (Sales & Operation planning) process. Ensure utilization of planning processes
- Evaluate the end to end supply chain setup to reduce lead times while ensuring supply
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- The successful candidate will have a minimum 8 years of business experience with SC working experience in multinational FMCG companies and 3 years of SC management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Materials Logistics Management or related discipline.
- Good knowledge in Customs regulations
- Good knowledge in warehouse management and shipping process
- Experience in cross border business
- Data Analysis skill strongly preferred
- High ability in problem solving
- Logical and systematic thinking
- Strong team-building skills with the ability to manage and influence across functional/ organizational boundaries in a matrixes environment
- High level of collaboration and influencing skills demonstrating effectiveness at all levels of the organization
- Experience successfully working with global supply chain management team
