主要职责:
1. 每月对供应商绩效进行评估，确保采购的物料在质量，数量和时效上都满足使用部门及
公司质量控制的要求。Monthly supplier performance evaluation, to ensure that the
procurement of materials in terms of quality, quantity and timely delivery to meet the using
Department requirements and the company's quality control requirements.
2. 根据目前生产和销售需求，对原材料计划进行管理控制。According to the current
production needs and sales demands, get raw material purchasing planning under control.
3. 确定 Tier1 和 Tier2 产品清单及相对应的合格供应商清单。Determine the Tier1 and Tier2
product list and the corresponding qualified supplier list.
4. 对库房人员进行培训，改进库房库位管理和库存信息状态的目视化管理. To train the
warehouse personnel, improve the warehouse location management and and visual
management
5. 优化现有采购流程，库房出入库流程以及库房相关的销售发货流程，达到公司对质量控
制的要求及集团 GRIP/Lean 的要求。Optimize the existing procurement process, warehouse
stock in and stock out process and warehouse related sales shipping processes, to achieve the
company's quality control requirements and group GRIP/Lean requirements.
6. 负责本部门内各成员 ERP LN 的培训并提供工作支持。Responsible for training and
provide support to supply chain members regarding ERP LN.
7. 配合生产部和质量部制定不合格品的存放，出入库流程。Cooperate with production
department and quality department to develop the non-conforming products storage, stock in
and stock out process.
8. 根据 ISO/TS 体系要求准备供应链程序文件及相关标准作业流程。Prepare supply chain
procedure documentation and related standard working flow in accordance with the
requirements of the ISO/TS system.
11 根据销售的包装计划，每月提交下个月的成品包装数量和成本预测给财务和总经理
Submit forecast to FI Mgr and GM based on Pack Plan that includes Quantities and Costs for next month’s Pack Plan.

任职要求：
？ Education Level 教育学历
1. College or above, major in mechanical engineering or metallurgy manufacturing 大专或以
上学历，机械工程或冶金等相关专业
？ Experience and Personal Features 工作经验以及特点
1. At least 2 years working experience of supply chain supervisor 至少两年供应主管的工作经
验
2. Above two years’ work experience in mechanical production industry, Melting or powder
production is preferred.至少有两年的工作经验在机械类生产性行业，如果有炼钢、粉末生产
经验为佳。
3. Master lean production concept and lean tools using experience 精通精益生产理念和精益
生产工具的使用
4. Open mind ,honesty and team work 思维开放、诚实和团队合作精神
？ Regarding with Works ( foreign language, computer, Certification etc.)工作相关要求（外语、计
算机、资格证书等）
1. Grasp speaking English skill ,can communication with foreign colleague in English smoothly
掌握英语技能，能与外国同事进行英语沟通
