Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Planning
- People management and development
Mentor, develop and motivate them , Help resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted dept performance and retain key talent.
- Production Planning & Daily operation driving
- Materials control
Regularly review with purchasing group to ensure materials are ready for production as planned;
Ensure both MC and PC will proactively communicate with munfacturing on any abnormal things which impacts normal production, implement necessary recovery plan to minimize negative impacts on production and delivery.
Weekly inventory review internal & external with global mangement
- Procurement(Purchasing)
Build strong partnership with strategic vendors with fully compliance with procurement policy;
Regularly visit / audit strategic vendors;
Monthly track & trace the supplier performance on devlivery /quality with cross function team
- Warehouse management
Material Replenishment Flow process optimization
Digital & automation warehouse
- Shipping and Logistics management
On time delivery support
- Customs clearance
Oversee compliance with cross function to avoid any compliance issue
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, 10+ years supply chain management experience
- Strong communication skill, Fluent English.
