• Independently analyzing, validating, and implementing optimization measures
• Planning and designing supply chain networks according to project needs
• Acting as the responsible party for coordinating and communicating with customer representatives
• Managing change during implementation of our integrated transportation management processes and systems
• Technical supervision of projects or subprojects, including comprehensive continuous improvement projects

Why you belong at 4flow

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, preferably in supply chain management or logistics
• 3–6 years of work experience in supply chain design and optimization, with initial experience in complete or partial project management
• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent analytical skills, conceptual capabilities, and a structured, solutions-oriented approach
• Native speaker of Mandarin with excellent English communication skills and IT knowledge (especially MS Office Suite)
