Work closely with Suppliers, different customer, and internal department to ensure continuously improvement of supplier quality, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery of good quality products on new project.

Job responsibilities：(included but not limited to)

QUALITY STANDARD MAINTENANCE AND QC TRAINING

• -Prepare new quality standard, double check the quality standard from customer before release, optimize the existed quality standard, and explain it to supplier/QC for its implementation.

编制/审核/优化质量标准以及指导/培训验货员对质量标准的理解.

• -train/guide the inspectors to increase the efficiency of Quality Control activities.

指导检验员提高检验效率.

- Reply the questions QCs meet during their inspection and Guide the QC to solve it in factory.

帮助检验员解决在工厂检验过程中碰到的问题

QUALITY IMPROVEMENT

• -Follow all the customer complain, work closely with suppliers to find root causes & corrective actions, and validate the effectiveness.

跟踪所有客户投诉,和供应商一起分析问题并提出合理的改进计划以及确认它的有效性

• -Work with supplier to improve the quality for the defect found during inspections.

和供应商一起解决在检验过程中发现的缺陷问题

• -Keep supervision of supplier quality/performance, evaluate supplier overall quality performance, and drive supplier on continuous improvement.

监督工厂的质量状况,评价工厂质量表现以及持续改进供应商质量.

• -follow and explain to customer for any questions of inspection reports

解答所有客户关于检验报告上的问题.

New product development:

• -Work with project team to ensure both products and supplier process to meet customer quality requirement.

和项目团队一起审核保证供应商的产品质量和工艺水平达到客户要求.

职位要求（Qualification and Experience expectation）:

• 2 years above quality engineer experience两年以上质量工程师经历
• Familiar with different process of metal product, plastic product and electrical product.熟悉金属产品,塑料产品和电子产品的各类工艺
• Fluent on writing and oral english英语流利
• Able to use office能用office 软件
• Quality mind, perfect mind有严谨的质量思维
• project running experience is preferred.有项目运营经验者优先
• Familiar with Sanitary products is preferred.熟悉卫浴产品者优先

Fluent mandarin & English

熟悉电脑操作，熟练使用常用办公软件（Excel ,Word, PPT）及邮件往来
